The locality of «Switzerland of Slobozhanshchyna» is a picturesque area along the river Siverskyi Donets, mainly on the territory of the National Natural Park “Forests of Gomolsha”.

The route shown in the film is distinguished by the landscape variety – the winding river Siverskyi Donets runs through the meadows, like snake walks past numerous lakes, flows along the Zmiivsky Kruchi, where it gets darker, deeper and colder.
In the path of the boat, the heroes travel, forests and hills appear.
The journey begins near Zmiiv, moves to Zadonetske – Haidary – Koropove and ends at Cherkasky and Nyzhnii Byshkyn.
